Budget and Evaluation Director Jon Decker continued the PPP; gave an overview on the general fund revenues; spoke to property and sales tax; to the managers recommended budget; to property tax estimates; to general fund expenditures; to primary cost drivers; and to personnel and maintenance.
Discussion continued regarding Cost of Living Adjustments (COLA); and parking fees and violations.
Councilmember Thurm requested staff to provide data regarding parking fees.

Discussion ensued regarding data tracking; peer municipalities; future bond referenda; and yard waste collection carts.
